Watch out!
These things are actually a good idea, but be careful! I hadn't secured the wheels additionally and promptly lost one, and the brackets are too much for a 70kg boat (boat 50kg AB 20kg) when the surface isn't completely smooth!
I would only use the wheels and brackets for light boats around 3m.
