The can is 500 grams, and I mixed colour additive (yellow and brown) to make a cream colour. Remember to adjust the colour first, then only when you are happy with the colour do you add in the hardner catalysing component.

Thank you for your answer. I have a white fade color, I was thinking of making the white gelcoat with black to match it. Are you agree with this? Or should I get a yellow or brown instead?
Cristiano P. answered
on Apr 16, 2021
For your situation black is probably better, my case the colour I needed to match was a cream, so of course needed the yellow brown.
I actually recommend getting several colours (they are not expensive), so you can play mixing.
In any case take a look at this video, he gives a really nice explanation on how to do it.

Ok i get it! And with matting additive, do you know something for that?
Cristiano P. answered
on Apr 16, 2021
For matting additive I don't know, you'll have to check if the matting additive is chemically compatible with the gel coat. In my case I had only ordered the yellow from svb, locally for brown could only get a water base dye, I was worried but after some research found that it would be ok, the fact is it worked quite well. This is why I was saying get several colours, for example blue in your case may make sense. Then you will need some patience to very slowly add tiny bits of dye until the colour is the same. The matting effect may work just by the polishing work at the end of the process.

It has only these bolts and mounting, that you can see in both product photos. Nothing additional. If you want to mount it on the side of the must, you need some additional mounting plate.

DURALAC - Anti-Corrosion Compound
António B.
on Jun 10, 2021
Hi! Whats the difference betwenn this and the green version?
Answer:
Alvin B. answered
on Jun 10, 2021
Same same but not interily. Duralac Green has an improved environmental footprint and exceeds standard Duralac in performance. Duralac Green has low solubility in water and will not erode with time, even when subjected to
high pressure from considerable water flow. The manufacturer claims that it has better performance than the old (white/yellow)

No direct experience with smaller diameters which you will most likely use in your case, but hopefully the following helps you to make your decision: I have 10 mm Race XP and 10 mm Gemini X Sport side by side in my boat: Race XP used for single line reefs of the mainsail and Gemini X sport on the rodkicker tackle line. Obvious difference is the bigger stretch of Gemini X, but in my opinion the the Race XP is quite a bit more comfortable in hands. It is fairly stiff line (at least with 10mm), but the cover has a pleasant feel, friction and texture compared to Gemini X sport which I find more slippery and kind of "plastic".

Thank you so much for your answer. Looking at pictures i said the race xp Will have that look more plastic than the gemini. I am happy to find someone who have that two ropes and tive your opinion. I go for the 8mm for my sheets, Only afraid of Being too stiff. Thank you so much again.
