In general, the following applies to all type of semi-flexible modules: if you cannot install the module in a fixed position and want to use it portable, you should make sure that it is stiffened at the back and cannot be bent back and forth. You will need 2x 1.5mm² connection cables (#16421#), a small charge controller (#65601#), a fuse holder (#47018#) with fuse (#15848#) and mounting material such as crimp connectors (#63730#), ring terminals (#63737#, #63738# or #63758#), heat shrink tubing (#55427#) or multiband (#16709#). if you want to make the module connector pluggable, you could use item #12550#. The module connection cable is 1 m. You may need to extend it to the charge controller with a 2x 1.5 mm² cable (#16421#). The cable from the charge controller to the battery should be as short as possible. If you only want to connect this module to the controller and not another one later, you can also use 2x 1.5 mm² here. In the positive wire to the battery you have to install a fuse close to the battery (max. distance = 20 cm). Alternatively if you have a cigarette lighter socket on board, which is constantly connected to the battery and not switched off by a battery disconnect switch, you could use charge controller #20205# and do not need a fuse and plug connection less additional installation material.
