Hello, i received the Rigging Heat Cutter. I did not received any cutter blade. What is the procedure to solve this issue?

Hi, I bought mine last summer and the cutter blade was loose in the package. I meant to throw in the trash with the package.

Same here.
I think SVB should attach the blade to the cutter box using sticky tape, so that it cannot be accidentally discarded with the packaging.
