Once again a miserable packaging and damage
After my last large delivery, which was catastrophically packaged (many items defective), this time I pointed out when ordering that it should be properly packaged to avoid damage (this was also noted) - despite this, the delivery came in an improvised box and all the items had just been thrown in and were damaged again (I sent them the pictures). Only your employee, Mr. Harland, took the complaint seriously and took care of damage limitation - it would be nice if SVB had such employees in damage prevention (quality management). Unfortunately, I have to say that since the takeover of AWN, SVB is no longer as close to the customer as before - what a pity.
