We are having communication problems
We ordered 6 poles and 12 ends, unfortunately the package was damaged (ends all loose on the delivery van floor) and we received only 6 poles and 9 ends.Originally I thought we were only one end short but on checking with the yard it was three short. Another package has arrived with a charge of 200 euros for the one pole end (!) and an additional UK VAT charge of some 50. We have already paid the UK VAT for the full 6 poles and 12 ends so that is not applicable and we have not paid UPS (or DHL?) who have advised you of this. I suggest you recover the 200 euro pole end and then send us the three missing ends at zero charge and zero UK VAT and then we shall be straight. We like the three poles we have made up, good quality and a good size for us - but we do need six complete poles!
