Delivery with obstacles, but finally successful
When I had not received the goods about a week after ordering, I took another closer look at the order confirmation and noticed that one item was not due to be available until mid-September. The shipment would only be sent when the entire order was complete. Since I did not want to wait until the end of the season for the goods, I sent an email saying that I wanted the available items in advance. A day later I received a shipping notification, and two days later the goods arrived - including the product that was not due to be available until September. Strange, but I have everything I ordered.
