Watch out

The pump works for me. However, you have to be extremely careful with the check valves. I use it as a domestic water pump and kept having small amounts of water in the bilge. Until I eventually found out (which took a while) that the water was coming from the pump. The check valve is "held" by the hose connections. However, this contracted on the suction side due to the negative pressure and pulled out of the screw connection. (The screw connection was rock-solid). Then it dripped out. I can now work on the hard-to-reach places underneath. So be careful and check regularly.

In der Saugseite einer Pumpe sollen in jedem Fall immer Schläuche mit Spiralverstärkung (Kunststoff oder Nirodraht) verbaut werden. Somit wird ein "Platt-Saugen" der Schläuche vermeiden.

This pump should serve as my bilge pump. After installation, this pump worked 1 minute before there was a violent bang.
Due to a lack of alternatives and with a watered bilge (fortunately in test operation) I had to disassemble the pump.
The membrane is attached to a plastic plunger with a single - and still much too short - screw.
The screw in turn is screwed into an unsecured nut, which is clamped in this plastic plunger.
The designer of this pump should have learned to bake better, sorry.

SVB - I would check the remaining stock of these pumps, even better remove them completely from the program.
