Used in combination with a Volvo D3 and EVC. Simple "plug and play" connection to the EVC Multilink hub. The engine data are then available in the N2K bus for display on a plotter.
I have not yet connected the device but in any case, during this period of COVID 19, 3 days for delivery from Germany to France I say "Chapeau bas" !!! Super well packed short 2nd order and quality service.
Catastrophic service by SVB and their shipping service UPS
The interface was ordered in December 2022 and the delivery was (allegedly)6!!! Months later. At this time we were already on our ship in Greece. The part ends up in dubious ways at the shipping service provider UPS commissioned by SVB on May 30, 2023. This informs me by e-mail that it should be delivered on June 7th, 2023. On 8.6. I ask UPS whether it has already been delivered or whether the package has been deposited somewhere. I was then informed that the package had been delivered to me personally!?! Up to now, UPS has not been able to find out whether the package was handed over to the neighbors or whether it was parked somewhere in front of our house. Up to now, UPS has not provided proof of delivery with a signature, although I requested this by email. Rather, I am repeatedly referred to their homepage by UPS, where some forms have to be filled out, and things are obviously being dragged out. I'm not used to this service from SVB. Robert Maurer
This product was recommended to us by an SVB employee at the 2019 BOOT, stating our VOLVO Penta engine and model number. Now when installing, we had to find out that it depends on the respective control unit on the engine and is not applicable to our 2006 engine model. We would have expected competent information on this, because this article is not suitable for the engine mentioned.
