- La taza es de porcelana
INCONVENIENTES
- Las medidas de los agujeros de la base no coincide con las del Jabsco estandar. Hay que hacer agujeros nuevos
- El asiento es de plástico. Muy endeble. Y los tornillos para sujetarlo son inadecuados y se mueve
- El tamaño del asiento no es apto para personas con más de 80cms de cadera
- La apariencia general es la de un inodoro de los años 90

Satisfactory but part missing

Delivered parts fitted in well but one O-ring was missing. Parts differ from the photoghraph of the product in SVB pages. Adress was miss-spelled and lacked an appartment number. It was not corrected per my request. I had to do extra job to get the UPS delivery to my adress. Otherwise good delivery.

A good product, actually. After the installation, which was relatively easy, the disillusionment. Unfortunately, it drips on the screws used (6 in number) of the pump. These are installed ex works and the seal seems to have been damaged. I left complaint because the effort for return etc. is too high.

Poorly made and no useful documentation available

I have 2 of these toilets on-board. They are poorly manufactured using flimsy plastic. Whoever designed them clearly has never had to try and replace a part as several parts are in-accessible without taking the whole unit out. Beyond a parts diagram there is no information available as to how the pump fits together.

Hands off! Inadequate quality!

The pump leaks after the first use. After complaining, I received a new pump - this also leaks after pumping a few times. When troubleshooting, I noticed that the housing had small cracks.
The product should be taken out of the range by SVB.

Somehow unlucky!

I would like to expressly praise SVB here, the complaint was uncomplicated and smooth!
What happened I had to struggle with a leak in the pump right from the start, which was then remedied by replacing the pump, it was a material defect.
One season it went quite well and suddenly I had water ingress on the installed bow, instead of looking at what the problem was, I thought to myself, I'd better dispose of it !! That's too insecure for me in the long run. The quality is then rather klimbim, as you know it from the camping scene.
