Schnelle Lieferung, super Kundendienst!
I had to cancel an item shortly before shipping and the employee on the phone went to the shipping department personally during our phone call to take the item out of the package! I have rarely experienced such customer service! Unfortunately, I had to return another item (sold by the meter!) Because it didn't fit. Here, too, I received extremely friendly and courteous help! At SVB, customer service is not just an empty phrase as it is with other retailers. As a customer, you are taken seriously and are also given great advice!

The Anka was sent to a friend in Austria. As always, SVB's logistics are outstanding. The anchor itself is, in my view, better than its reputation.

2 weeks ago I came with my 15 JK in a thunderstorm. I threw 2 flunk anchors and they plowed the ground just to the shore, where I then held my boat in the rain. My club colleagues recommended the M anchor in 5 Kg. Yesterday I threw him out for the first time. A little jerk and the thing bit into the sandy ground. A flunke I could always pull out simply, which was just not possible with my M-anchor. I had to approach him and break him from the ground. After processing is not soooooo the best. The galvanizing is not particularly good in a few places and the steel is also from the surface not what one would call cleanly worked. But the anchor lies in the back box or on the ground. Therefore, the sausage, main thing he holds!

To flee
In 24 years of navigation here is the only anchor that has caused us to run aground. On muddy bottom and strong wind it works like a shovel, pulls out a ball of mud which remains stuck and prevents the bottom from being snagged again I have always been satisfied with flat anchors even in difficult situations; very easy to crochet with good hold, if the weight is suitable of course.

Gefährlich!
I've been sailing all over the Mediterranean for over 20 years. This M anchor in its 20kg version was the main anchor on my newly acquired 12 ton 12 meter boat. I didn't have it for long, because it has already let me down in a ridiculous 20 knots of wind (sandy bottom, chain 16), and this several times at different anchorages. I then used the reserve anchor, a no-name Delta-like product, also 20kg. He always held up without complaint. Conclusion Hands off this Bruce or M anchor, you risk your ship with it very quickly! I threw it into the open sea, I don't want to sell such a dangerous iron to anyone.
