I have already used this product several times, this is an exchange of an 8 year old stopper which unfortunately has lost its holding power on the case. It would be nice to have an overview of interchangeable components.
For orders worth € 350, I returned the above Spinlock product after a correct recall. On the front pages of the order website, there is suggestive advertising about the reimbursement of postage costs for the return. I was refused to replace the shipping cost of € 9.90 (item value 119.90). During several correspondence I was informed that return costs from abroad will not be covered! The assumption of the postage costs for German customers is a voluntary service of the company. As an Austrian customer, I would like to pass this experience on to all foreign customers and their orders. There are enough German mail order companies that also take over the return costs for foreign customers. Sincerely, Dr.pinkas
