I use the limescale remover to clean the boat hull (no antifouling) and the Z-drive after a 3.5 week vacation in Croatia and I am very satisfied with it.
I had grinded down a padlock and left the cuttings on the deck, which quickly became studded with rust spots. I sprayed the product, waited a while and rinsing no more.
The limescale deposits on our steel hull, which otherwise could not be loosened by any agent, could be easily removed. Simply spray on, brush off or wipe off and rinse with plenty of water. Great!,
Works very well, of course. After use, rinse thoroughly with water and additionally clean (scrub) with a cleaning agent such as rinsing agent, otherwise the rust will be three times as strong again.
This cleaner has loosened deposits on the water pass, which other cleaners, especially for the water pass, did not even begin to dissolve. I got full marks for it. I don't understand why the good stuff is always so expensive. Just because water sports are in context?
The removal of the lime is not effective in depth. Too many treatments have to be carried out on the surface to be cleaned to obtain a usable effect. \ r \ nRecommended for light calcifications.
I cannot share the enthusiasm for this product. There are much better, less aggressive agents for rust. It has to be rinsed off fairly quickly and with plenty of water, otherwise there will be very bad discolouration on the stainless steel.
