The assembly instructions were initially not understandable enough for me, but then turned out to be problem-free.

Very good product which allows real energy savings and protects the batteries. Perfect SVB service the parcel was particularly ill-treated during transport and the part arrived HS in polynesia ... SVB sent one directly without any supporting documents other than a few photos. Incomparable SVB service!

Enormous power savings. For Mediterranean sailors with limited amps a must !!

The kit should be installed as standard. Or the refrigerator with or without besbacht be. To the power save super.

After 2 weeks of continuous use on a sailing boat on vacation (daytime temperatures up to 30 degrees), I can only say that my expectations have been exceeded. The control kit is an absolute improvement for our cool box, BUT. the installation is more difficult than expected! The control kit serves as an upgrade for the previous control (the compressor is installed in the locker). The cable of the new temperature controller is only about half as long as that of the old controller. A simple exchange was therefore not possible, a new installation location and cable laying was the order of the day. And the product video is a joke in my opinion! Where on board is it possible to put the refrigerator in front of you comfortably and install everything without twisting it - it felt like I was lying in the locker for half a day and pulling new cables. So there are point deductions because of the shortened cable and video

Dip switches too small !! Have to worry about damaging them in the course of the ongoing calibration! In addition, because there is still a protective film over it? And in the description no indication of it and the way of operating the dip. Here, larger, clearer dip really make sense !!

Plug contacts fit only with great effort on the compressor counterpart.

Our fridge is already equipped with ASU. We wanted to run the freezer either as such or as a drink-fridge. This can be adjusted with the DIP switches (it would be an enrichment, one could switch this externally). The "energy saving function" is great, but it does not save energy but takes more energy when it does not normally interfere - when charging the batteries (land connection, Geno, machine, solar) and saves this energy in the refrigerated product by lowering the temperature as "normal ". If the battery is then in the discharge cycle (in the case of photovoltaic at night or in the sailing mode), the cooling unit switches on again later (when the "normal" cooling temperature is exceeded) and therefore takes less energy from the battery during this time.

Mounting with you tube video is recommended. Make sure that you set up the dipswitches in advance and then install them. Furthermore, the SEC seems to be working well, especially with solar panels. The overcapacity stream is then set in cold for later times, the refrigerator then has to work less and thus conserves energy.

Product works perfectly! Mounting options not ideal! (no screwing possibility!)

I bought this along with an130EL fridge.
Be aware that the controller board (N101N510) and the blue module on the SEC are not compatible. You need to replace it with a compatible controller if you want an SEC. The box says it is compatible with BD35 F compressors, page 6 of the manual lists further requirements.
Also the paper manual in my box was in Italian only and the video is for another fridge

Was an enthusiastic repeat customer at SVB. Since the SVB website stated that Isotherm Cruise Elegance are prepared for Energy Control, I ordered the refrigerator and Energy Control (plus EUR 200.-). The manufacturer's product description gives the same information. As always fast delivery. conversion feasible (not easy); found out at the end that the refrigerator was delivered with a different controller than normal. SVB customer service nice and helpful but 100% ineffective. Announced delivery of correct control part for August; now May 2023. I have had a refrigerator in the garage since August 2022 which I cannot use. BE CAREFUL with SVB; great when everything goes well leaves customers hanging when manufacturer can't deliver. A pity.
