Purchased to replace G2 VISION cartography on Garmin plotter GPSMAP 720S

a good deal from Garmin!

Good service as always! I was just surprised that I got a 1GB card back even though I sent a 4GB for the update! Unfortunately, even with the note no longer available, I can't really do anything!

Ob die Karten genau undoder fehlerfrei sind, kann kurzfristig nur stichprobenartig im Vergleich zu einer korrigierten Papierkarte geprüft werden. Hierzu kann ich also evtl. erst was sagen nach dem nächsten Törn. Was mich etwas stört, ist, dass die Beschriftung eine dünne Umrandung um die Buchstaben aufweist. Soll wohl den Kontrast erhöhen, reduziert aber m.E. die Lesbarkeit. Ebenso störend für das Kartenbild ist, dass die Anzahl der gezeigten Tiefenlinien nicht bei rezudiertem Zoomfaktor ebenfalls vermindert wird. Dicht gedrängte Tiefenlinien sehen unschön aus. Navionics bzw. -Gold Karten finde ich einfach schöner, weil Papierkarten ähnlicher. Leider sind die nicht mit Garmin Navis kompatibel - und nur Garmin hat als einziger Anbieter noch batteriebetriebene (autarke) Marine-Handy-Plotter.

Habe mir vor einem Jahr auf der Bootsmesse in Biograd 2 Karten gekauft, Preis war viel billiger.

Gute Karte, funktioniert einfach so.

This as a supplement to my previous assessment I have discovered an error that may be disruptive, namely In front of the bay of Medulin (southern tip of Istria) there is a red signal about 2 nm S of the rock Levanic and 2 nm E of Fenera ( by the way also on the Navionics map from 2014). This does not exist on the Delius-Klasing map, which has been corrected annually since 2009, and in reality I was not able to discover it either, despite an intensive lookout. Deducts a point. If I could attach screenshots here, I would have provided proof.
