Using this outside of Germany. Only functionality sacrificed is the radio time synchronization. It\'s really unnecessary, however, as it keeps very accurate time, once set. Nice size and functionality.

Simple to install as it does not require external power.
Easy to read in low light

Historical pressure data are important for weather prediction (does the job while you sleep)
(Hidden useless featureAlarm button in pressure mode display temperature and humidity history).
I bought it because of the pressure history feature and I am happy with it.

External sensor plastic seems a bit cheap and might age quickly. External display is small but quite nice.

Leaving in Brittany, the radio time does not work but we are used to that being too far from Berlin and from London. Not a real issue. Clock is accurate enough for my general use. GPS gives me a perfect time if ever needed.

Alarm is too complex for its own good.Many useless features on a boat.
A timer alarm is missing and would have been nice to have.

There is no back light at all, once "on request" to keep batterie would have be nice but not a real issue for my use, as during night shift, I alway have a lamp no far away.

. I had a similar laCrosse, let's see if it works better!

Failure outside transmitter and Baroanzeige after 8 Mts.

Excellent for home use, mostly for temperature and barometric readings. Impressive low pressure and graphic pressure not intended for nautical use.

The outdoor radio station has held exactly one week, as also no battery change and re-train the station. Well, this is a guarantee, since I am with the yacht instantly in Italy, it is always a giant circumstance !.
