For me, the product was installed by the manufacturer's shipyard. After three years of not taking care of the part, the pump suddenly started running in continuous mode. The sensor itself is completely potted, so there's no point in trying to open it. What helped me was removing the external calcification of the sensor with vinegar. Unfortunately, Whale didn't write anything about it.
Well suited as a greywater tank The tank is tight and has a lot of hose connections The manufacturer must make sure that the connections all open as a pipe in the tank and not as in my, a full-connection, (no pipe) goes into the tank. This lack has cost me considerable time (to find the cause).

I already had one, but it had to be replaced. It turned out that it was totally calcified and contaminated inside, so that the sensor no longer functioned properly. Nowhere in the manual is it that you have to open it and clean it / services. I think the price for a simple plastic container with a simple sensor is actually too high
I bought the product in August last year and installed as a bilge system on the shower. From the principle of everything great, I especially like the closed container. Particularly negative is that the float switch failed its first use in the new season. He has not even held for 12 months, where he spent most of the time in the sheltered winter storage in the hall.
