Replacing the cooling compressor in a small boat seemed like a difficult and expensive task, but it turned out to be much easier than I thought. The Isotherm kit contains everything needed and there are good installation instructions.

I received the product a day late despite a guaranteed UPS which was more expensive!!! Damage.
Installation of the group is very simple with a plate provided which lays flat or surface-mounted thanks to its bracket. Simplified screw fixing since the group is not fixed. The group is fixed to this plate via 4 locks which are activated with 2 pull tabs. Super simple and very quick to set up
Installing the evaporator in a confined space took longer to complete. But with a little patience it was done. The thermostat is placed outside. The capillary tube is fixed to the evaporator via 2 screws and a guide plate. Simple. Connecting the cold circuits is super simple. We screw the evaporator ends by hand onto those of the compressor and end up blocking using two 16 and 19 mm wrenches. The connection had been prepared in advance for me with a 220 V 12-24 V transformer
The thermostat is easy to connect and the connection diagram is well explained. We connect the direct voltage to the control box and a few moments later the plate cools. A real success within the reach of the conscientious DIYer. I recommend this kit much cheaper than my previous Dometic which did not last 3 seasons.

We have a 100 liter freezer that was slowly leaking gas and after two repairs and paying the specilists a lot of for "repairing", we ordered the 2016 version. It was quick no problem with installation. Had we done this a year earlier we had saved a lot of money. The unit works great and is very quiet.

as always, delivered quickly and without complications, well packaged. Installation of a little triki, but that has to do with the cramped conditions on board. E-connection well described, so that I, as a non-e-specialist acu, managed it without any problems. Fridge performs well and cools efficiently.

I had additionally ordered because of false information in the catalog, which I then had to send back annoying. So pay attention, or better ask again.

easy to install, easy to use and powerful.

BD 35 F and O evaporator bought here years ago. Since then runs reliably and quietly on board with me. Easy to install. Power neat cooling performance with acceptable consumption.
