Product details

Powerful pressurised water pump with a 5-chamber pumping system. The pump is self-priming, safe to run dry and features a pressure switch. Hose connections with quick connect fittings provided. The pressure sensor ensures that the pressure in the system does not fall below the required level.

You could be satisfied with the product. I was sold an already installed or used pump as new. Exchange not possible.
Our answer
Leider erhalten wir immer wieder Beanstandungen dieser Art.
Die Pumpen durchlaufen beim Herstellungsprozess einen Qualitäts-Test, in welchem z. B. Fördermenge, Abschaltdruck, etc. geprüft werden.
Nach dem Test wird die Pumpe weitestgehend entleert und zum Transport mit Plastikstopfen verschlossen. Produktionsbedingt verbleibt also immer eine geringe Wasser-Restmenger in der Pumpe.
Später, vor dem Anschließen der Schläuche, müssen die Transportstopfen wieder entfernt. Dabei tropft Wasser aus der neuen Pumpe.
