The PersonalTag is part of Raymarine's "LifeTag" wireless man-overboard (MOB) system. As soon as a crew member goes overboard or is out of range of the base station (normally 9 m), contact with the base station is lost and an audible alarm sounds. It is also possible to trigger the alarm manually by pressing a button. This allows sleeping crew members, for example, to be called for assistance in the event of fire, water entry or other emergencies requiring immediate action. The low weight of the tag makes it easy to carry on your body. Battery life: approx. 2000 hours. LED for status indication.
Included in delivery: The LifeTag transmitter can be attached to adults' and children's wrists, clothing, life jackets, a belt loop or an animal collar.
