Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, der wir mit Überraschung entnehmen, dass Ihr DC/DC-Konverter unverhofft früh ausgefallen ist. Im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung und selbstverständlich auch bei Beanstandungen schauen wir uns die Reklamationsstatistiken an. Bei diesem Artikel gibt jedoch es keine nennenswerten Auffälligkeiten.
Auch ungünstige äußere Bedingungen haben Einfluss auf die Zuverlässigkeit eines technischen Produktes. Z. B. extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, oder mangelnde Luftzirkulation könnten zu einem vorzeitigen Ausfall führen.
