Product details

This multi-functional instrument with integrated GPS antenna is designed specifically for use on open boats. This combination-instrument based on the VIEWLINE housing design is splash-proof to IP67. In addition to the analog display for the boat's speed over ground (SOG), the course over ground (COG) and the time can be displayed on the LCD display. Mounting diameter 110 mm, outer diameter 126 mm, mounting depth 50 mm, operating voltage 8.5 to 16 volts. Other Features: CAN interface (NMEA 2000) and a programmable speed alert with warning light. Displays boat speed from 0 - 35 knots.

The product corresponds to the description. A rating I can make only in the summer, as soon as the GPS speed gauge in my boat will be used under real conditions. Since the device is from VDO, it can only be good because my previous VDO display systems have worked perfectly and even after more than 10 years of VDO could still be repaired.
