This sea weather receiver with German plaintext receives and stores nautical weather reports at 147.3 kHz. It provides a secure reception radius of 300 nm, at night 500 nm is possible. The memory capacity is 800 lines, that shows the reports of about 3 days. The oldest messages are overwritten, incoming messages go "live" at the bottom of the screen. Programmable weather reports / warnings for the North and Baltic Sea (North Atlantic and Mediterranean). Unwanted messages can be suppressed. Simple menu-driven operation and programming in German. Internal storage batteries as back-up power supply in case of power failure. The unit is supplied with a mounting bracket, 7 m antenna cable and with active antenna.
