The product is absolutely great, no doubt about it. Unfortunately, the delivery took 3 weeks and there was no communication between them. Since a delivery time of 2 days was advertised on the homepage, this is an impossible situation. In addition, there is the exorbitantly high price. So if I already pull 41 EUR for an item as small as this shackle, communication with the customer and delivery times have to be top-notch.
