Druckwasserpumpe Shurflow
This product was obviously a return that was already in use. Recognizable by the screw marks on the bracket and water in the housing. This circumstance was not clearly visible in the offer price, even if it is a discount of 35%, as a customer I cannot deduce that a product is virtually unusable. The reason why the part was probably returned is the unreasonable operating volume. Operation is not possible because of the noise pollution. After we returned from the trip, I removed the pump and repaired my old, defective pump. Understandably, I am extremely dissatisfied with this product, which is useless for my purposes. This is very unfortunate because, as a long-standing customer, I have been very satisfied with your services and advice so far. Yours sincerely, R. Bredtmann
