Hint: The jaws have been specially designed so that no pulling effort is required when cleating the rope, meaning you no longer need to pull the line across the jaws to open the clamp. When the line is placed in the clamp, the jaws open automatically. The line can be inserted directly from above and the clamping jaws do not need to be "opened".
