Product details

Versatile, 2-component, solvent-free epoxy putty for repairs and filling in areas below and above the waterline. Suitable for all common boatbuilding materials. The putty can be applied without shrinkage and cracking in a thickness of up to 2.0 cm per application. When cured, it has a high degree of water resistance and good sanding properties. Can also be used to put a stop to osmotic damage. GRP, steel and aluminum substrates should first be primed with the 2-component SEATEC EPOXY PRIMER prior to applying the putty. Color of the mixture: light grey.
  • Processing temperature: at least +10° C
  • Pot life: approx. 30 minutes (+20° C)
  • Sandable after: approx. 6 hours (+20° C)

You have to be very precise in the proportions (weigh with a scale) if you do not mix the whole pot. If you're not precise with 2-component products, they take much longer to dry or even don't dry and stay sticky!
