Flag of English Hi, do you know if these replacement mixer box and shower boxes (Except for cutting bigger holes) are a direct replacement for the other type with the strapped lid cover its for a cruiser 33??

I used this box to replace the “strap cover type”. My particular mixer tap was not directly compatible with the new box. I had to make up some large washers to get it to fit correctly. My mixer tap has a “T” pull and twist handle. This is quite a tight fit within the box so it is difficult to get your fingers under to pull. I have installed a small pull chord to facilitate operation. I guess that there are several models of mixer tap so this might not be the case in your installation.

Hi, Many thanks for your reply and I think that really answers my question however out of curiosity is your own boat a 33 cruiser?? As I take it the mixer tap would therefore be the exact same.
