Svb send me the wrong cable and now they dont answer me , when i write to them. What to do ?

Hello Brian, Unfortunately we couldn't find any conversation from you about it...
Well, where is the problem please?, with which device is the cable to be operated? Since the cable colors have changed over the years, a device-specific conversion to the original cable may be necessary.
