Product details

The Plastimo Transocean ISAF life rafts are manufactured according to the requirements of the ISAF racing category 1 & 2 of the OSR 4.20.2 (di-iv) and ISO 9650-1A for special offshore regattas.
Separate large, ballast pockets, large sea anchor, radar and light reflection strips (1500m²) activates correctly even at -15°C ( ClassA), ISO floor, automatically inflating roof arch, outside light (4.3 cd). Also equipped with a boarding ramp and a weighted boarding ladder. The life raft can be dropped from a height of up to six metres. Load capacity of 96 l per person.

Inflation mechanism
The life raft is activated 10% by hand and 90% by gas pressure. Even a child or a weak person can activate a PLASTIMO life raft.

Waterproof packaging
All rafts are vacuum-packed, so that no sea water can penetrate the life raft, even if water enters the container or bag.

  • 1x knife and signal whistle
  • 1x quoit with 30 m leash
  • 1x repair kit
  • 6x tablets against seasickness
  • 6x hand flares

  • 1x signalling mirror
  • 2x waterproof flashlight with batteries
  • 2x thermal protective overalls (SOLAS certified)
  • 1.5 litre drinking water per person
  • 500g food rations per person
  • First aid kit
Maintenance
Maintenance interval: 3 years. We will gladly carry out your life raft maintenance for you. Learn more about life raft maintenance.

Note
Please note that the above dimensions may deviate by +/- 3 cm, especially in the case of life rafts with bags.


Attention: In order to send life rafts by air freight (to islands etc.), a special dangerous goods surcharge must be applied. SVB will provide you with a personal offer related to this.
