Not suitable for Easy Lift Davits
Following SVB's recommendation, I stuck on the adhesive pads of the Easy-Lift Snap-Davit system strictly according to the instructions with Plastigum 77. I really liked the brush integrated in the lid, which makes it easy to apply. First of all everything went well. When our boat was rocked vigorously by a wave after a few days while driving, a pad broke off completely. The plastigum film still holds very well on the inflatable boat, but has completely detached from the pad. The 2-component adhesive and pretreatment with primer recommended by the manufacturer seem to be necessary here. The product is certainly not bad with pure PVC gluing, it is not suitable for gluing the pads.
