Modern charging technology is usually designed in such a manner that batteries are charged optimally at room temperature (20 - 25°C). At higher temperatures, the batteries might begin gassing despite correctly adjusted charging characteristics; at colder temperatures, the batteries are not optimally charged. For temperature-optimized charging, we recommend using the optionally available TS-1 temperature sensor..
