OPEN SEA Life Raft

Designed and constructed specifically for the open seas: they comply with all requirements of international yacht racing standards, ISO 9650 and ISAF approved. These life rafts are designed to inflate correctly at temperatures between -15°C and 65°C.
Made out of special fabric. This life raft offers light weight, high stability and good visibility. The 240 liter ballast system provides optimum stability and the aluminum-coated foam bottom ensures great isolation and comfort in an emergency situation. An internal ladder is connected to an external ladder and an additional boarding ramp to facilitate boarding into the life raft. The ZODIAC OPEN SEA life raft has a bright orange, self-inflating roof for maximum headroom. For better location at night, reflective strips are mounted on and under the canopy, as well as a self-activating signal light.
The OPEN SEA is available for 4, 6, 8 or 10 persons. Each model is available either in a bag or in a container. Standard Equipment: two separate buoyancy tubes, sea anchor, boarding-ladder, righting strap and enough emergency supplies for up to 24 hours.

Note: These life rafts are equiped with an emergency pack for up to 24 h. A grab bag with food and water for over 24 h is available upon request
The OPEN SEA ISO 9650 life raft has a 12 years guarantee. It complies with 3 year service interval regulations.
Attention: In order to send life rafts by air freight (to islands etc.), a special dangerous goods surcharge must be applied. SVB will provide you with a personal offer.

we are about to order a life raft (55294) and we would like to add up a grab bag.
Regarding that we have a "few" questions:
1) is the life raft delivered directly from production or from you? - in other words; is it completely new or not?
2) is the grab bag packed into the life raft before delivery?
3) How much extra will the grab bag cost?
4) How do we order the grab bag included?

Hi. For give years ago we bought a zodiac open water 6 person of you. Its now time for a service tjek.
Are you able to do that or do we have to send it to another place.
