MARINEPOOL's ISO RACER PLUS 180N is a fully automatic life jacket, suitable for people with a body weight of 40 kg and up. It is particularly suitable for use on inland waters, in coastal areas and also on open seas in combination with regular weatherproof clothing. The jacket comes with a built-in lifebelt, which in combination with an optional lifeline, prevents the wearer from "going overboard". The life jacket has been designed and approved according to the current ISO standard 12402-3.
The life jacket is designed very shallow and short, as a result it is not very bulky and can easily be folded up after having been triggered. The stainless steel buckle on the front of the jacket makes it easy to put on and close as well as adjust based on individual chest circumference. The harness of the life jacket consists of a special polyester fabric, which prevents unwanted slipping. The crotch strap is equipped with a quick lock, so the life jacket can be put on quickly. The V cut of the back section makes the life jacket very comfortable to wear and the light weight of the jacket is always distributed evenly upon the shoulders.
MARINEPOOL's ISO RACER PLUS 180N is equipped with the automatic trigger mechanism PRO Sensor by United Moulders, one of the most used systems across the globe, which comes with two indicators for easy recognition of readiness. The inflation device can be controlled at all times by means of a pocket on the outside of the life jacket. Chest circumference: 55 - 140 cm.
The floating body in bright colours forms one unit with the sturdy exterior cover and has tremendous buoyancy of 18 liters - almost 20% more than required by the standard as per 150 N class! Crotch strap, reflecting stripes, whistle, a manual fill tube for inflating the jacket by mouth as well as a practical storage bag are included with delivery. Tare weight of the life jacket approximately 1.25 kg.
