Ultra-light, compact automatic life jacket, especially suitable for yachts and motorboats in coastal and deep sea areas.

Featuring a neon yellow buoyancy chamber, this life jacket will keep the wearer afloat even when wearing heavy sailing clothing. AERO PLUS life jackets are also equipped with 3M reflective strips to increase visibility in dangerous conditions at night.

The fleece neck and mesh V-neck back ensure a comfortable fit, and the weight of the life jacket is evenly distributed across both shoulders. With a UML-Pro automatic release system that is activated when the life preserver is immersed in water. Can also be inflated manually in case of technical failure. Automatic trigger can be inspected through the built-in viewing window.

Beware of rain
I used the obviously identical model with a different manufacturer's logo for two years and have now sorted it out because I had four false alarms in two years. This happened reliably every time I had to endure with the vest in heavy rain, e.g. a gust of thunder. The cause is probably not the UM Elite Pro automatic, because I have other vests with an identical automatic (Marinepool Iso Racer) that do not deploy when it rains. The reason probably lies in the zipper running diagonally across the front of the case. This is where rain gets in and soaks the trigger mechanism. Otherwise it's a comfortable vest.
