High loads are no problem
Actually, I had ordered the part for a completely harmless purpose, but it turned out differently as always. Since the anchor claw somehow got lost, I simply used the carabiner as a replacement. The latching into the 10 mm chain went smoothly and even after 3 nights at 25-30 knots the carabiner held our 20 t boat without any problems. Apart from a few harmless scratches there was not the slightest deformation and it's still holding up!
