Dreadful customer service
SVB accepted the order and payment in full. Then informed me that not all products were in stock. They gave me 2 options - wait until all items were in stock and ship all together with no ETA. Or pay extra for additional deliveries as items arrive in stock. IMO an organisation the size of SVB should pay the shipping costs if they havent informed the customer of out of stock items before accepting the customers money.
