Communication is crucial on the water. The Garmin 215i fixed-mount FM radio allows you to improve communication and situational awareness and helps prevent collisions between you and other skippers around the world, with built-in GPS and AIS receivers, and 25 W transmission power.

With transmitting power of 25 W, every water sports enthusiast can travel safely with the help of the VHF 215i radio.
Good communication on the water
With NMEA2000 and NMEA0183 connectivity, you can easily plug and play the radio into compatible GARMIN chartplotters and multifunction displays. The 215i FM radio has a standard Class D DSC function and supports frequency bands for all international marine radio channels as well as 10 NOAA weather channels. It also includes a two-way megaphone system for onboard communication.

The DSC or ATIS function / menu is only available in the respective channel group. Please switch to the corresponding channel group to use the respective functions.
If you would like to use the ATIS function, please let us know with your order, since we have to unlock the device accordingly.
As an alternative, we can carry out programming for a programming fee.

If additional channels (e.g. dutch channels 30, 31 and 37) are to be programmed, we also charge a programming fee.
