Paid Tuesday morning, notification from SVB that goods will be shipped on the same day (Tue). On Thursday, if goods have already been shipped NO, ONLY TODAY (Thursday). Goods were handed over to the freight forwarder on Friday and delivered on the following Tuesday. With a little more conversation something like this could be avoided, because after the delivery date (if you know it !!!) you have to divide your time. Annoying!
