Years of testing have proven this unique finish to be the most advanced, highly engineered single-part formulation, based on urethane-alkyd resins available. It provides incredibly hard urethane abrasion and chemical resistance with outstanding gloss, durability, colour retention and U.V.protection.
In order to keep the voltage drop in the cable as low as possible and to avoid dangerous heating of
the cable, it is necessary to carefully determine the required cable cross-sections. The voltage (V) drop between
current source and consumer must not exceed the following values:
Navigation lights: 5% in 12 V on-board network = 0.60 V Other consumers: 7% in the 12 V on-board
network = 0.84 V
Since the current has an outward and return path through 2 cores, the length of the conductor is always
as long as the cable length. The constant conductance of copper is 56.

Cables with this cross section are not available in normal specialised trade.
We recommend a cable with at least

Product details
Years of testing have proven this unique finish to be the most advanced, highly engineered single-part formulation, based on urethane-alkyd resins available. It provides incredibly hard urethane abrasion and chemical resistance with outstanding gloss, durability, colour retention and U.V.protection. It can be applied directly on degreased and sanded fiberglass, 1-component primers and topcoats, as well as on thoroughly sanded 2-component polyurethanes.
Processing instructions
For coated surfaces:
Remove growth from the substrate and carefully degrease. Sand the surface thoroughly, clean well and allow to dry. Remove rust and dust before application. Then apply 1-3 coats of Mono-Urethane.
For uncoated surfaces:
GRP: Apply 1-2 coats of Multiprimer. Allow the primer to dry and sand with 220 grit. Then apply approx. 3 coats of Mono-Urethane.
Steel: Apply 3 coats of Multiprimer. Allow the primer to dry and sand with 220 grit. Then apply approx. 3 coats of Mono-Urethane.
Wood: Apply 1-2 coats of Multiprimer. Allow the primer to dry and sand with 220 grit. Then apply approx. 3 coats of Mono-Urethane.
Aluminium: Apply 1-2 coats of Multiprimer. Allow the primer to dry and sand with 220 grit. Then apply approx. 3 coats of Mono-Urethane.
Drying time at 20 °C: 1 hour Processing time at 20 °C: min. 24 hours Processing temperature: +10 °C to max. 28 °C
