Flag of English Good afternoon! I did not really understand how to fill a 10 and 8 millimeter diameter rope there, it does not climb there, is there any secret?

Hello Sergey, the unit is suitable for ropes with a diameter of 6 to 10 mm. Anything within that range should fit into the clutch with ease. Thank you. - Cory V.

hi there, as previous answer, ropes in the indicated diameter fit. make sure you have it the right way round and you feed the rope from the back (not the side you pull it from). make sure the end of your rope is not loose, but nicely closed. you will have to lift the handle all the way to get the rope though.
