„I have ordered that item in the middle of July. It has been shipped in 2 (two) boxes with only 1 invoice for both (I still dont know why). So, customs in my country has requested the correct invoices to be provided for both boxes because EACH SHIPPED BOX MUST HAVE ITS OWN INVOICE in spite of it is the only one item, but separated. Well, I have spent many hoursdaysweeks following up that issue and contacting SVB from time to time by email and over the phone. It is quite hard to do though because personnel is not initiative as they have to be and be ready to wait for an answer many days or even weeks! However, nothing helped. After some while, UPS sent back both packages to Germany. I was able to get in contact with a kind employee who promised to ship my items again with correct documents (invoices) or in one box (I don't care how exactly). More than 1 months passed since that conversation and I have no any information about where my items currently are! I email to SVB from time to time but do not receive any reply. Recently I just knew that the employee who I have been in contact no longer work at SVB. Now I email to SVB every day to get some info about my items but no success. So, I post this review to not furling system but to get SVB stuff an attention to that PROBLEM!!!“
