The SIMRAD Broadband Radar 4G™ antenna provides superior targets detection and separation.
With the 4G™, you can enjoy an outstanding level of safe navigation with target detection and a range significantly increased by 50%. Beam Sharpening allows you to control the level of target detection. Get very sharp images exactly when you need them. Dual Range allows in combination with NSE and NSO systems, displaying targets between about 60 m and about 60 km away. Even in strong storm cells, targets can be displayed in up to about 32 km distance. In addition, with the high-speed mode, the 4G™ provides a near-instant target update at a distance up to about 1.85 km.
