STEINER NIGHTHUNTER 8x30 LRF binoculars
The first compact binoculars with integrated range finder
The NIGHTHUNTER 8x30 LRF are the first compact binoculars with an integrated range finder. This lets you take a bearing of objects up to 1 nautic mile away and measure the distance accordingly. The measurement is performed by pressing a button and the result is displayed as a numerical value directly into the picture. A special scan-mode allows continuous measurements, which is particularly useful when surveying moving targets, e.g. during a regatta.
The laser measurement technology inside the LRF 8x30 has a measuring accuracy of +/- 1 m but may change slightly depending on the weather and visibility conditions. The binoculars' optics are waterproof up to a depth of 5 meters. In addition, the nitrogen filling of the optics prevents fogging. Comes with a neoprene belt.
