Product details

Gas pressure spring 80 N for BAVARIA yachts. Gas springs are used for lifting, positioning and lowering in a wide range of applications. They are designed to help you raise and lower hatches, windows, lids, etc. The gas springs should be installed with the piston rod pointing downwards, this guarantees the lowest friction and best damping action. The gas spring is a closed system in itself, which is filled with a pressurised nitrogen gas. Oil is used for damping. Retraction and extension speed can be adjusted via a release valve.
