The 5 caps could be sent in the normal letter without problems. The package was announced by DHL, but did not come without a cancellation. The following day it was taken away again without inserting a card. My wife then had to go there twice and, despite the power of attorney, only got the package because a DHL colleague at the neighboring counter assumed responsibility. I was on a business trip in Bulgaria and the package would otherwise have been returned to SVB. All in all not acceptable from my point of view.
