Product details

B&G’s powerful V90 VHF radio blends intelligent design with advanced engineering in a rugged, reliable and feature-packed sailing communications device. With all the major components housed in a discreet black box below deck, the stylish handset is the unit’s only visible component, making it neat and easy to store. The V90 can support an impressive 6 handsets (4 wired, 2 wireless), giving it the scalability you need. The handset is encased in rubber, for durability and a confident grip in all weather conditions with large, backlit display and alpha numeric keyboard for supreme readability and operability.

With optional scrambler and private channels, you have the option of keeping your position a secret – ideal when enjoying the privacy of a hidden cove or when you’ve found the perfect place to fish. With NMEA 2000 connectivity, you can share data with your multifunction display, tracing and navigating to a friend’s position by activating the clever ‘Track my Buddy’ tool. The integral 2 channel AIS receiver shows targets on your MFD; use the built-in loud hailer to alert those around you – simply press the convenient button, no need to lift the handset. A smart ‘Record and Replay’ function makes sure you never miss a vital message – recording the last 30 seconds for you to review or clarify detail. Plus intercom facility for swift and clear communication between crew members.
