No problem with SVB. The product is compliant and deadlines are respected. On the other hand, bad point for the carrier UPS. Not having moved from home all day scheduled (and confirmed) waiting for delivery I received an SMS from UPS telling me that the delivery was past the scheduled day but he found closed door and that the parcel had been deposited in a relay point.
