2-speed self-tailing winch in black anodised aluminum. S1/S2 is sheet-in speed: length of line taken in with one turn of the handle (S1 = 1st gear / S2 = 2nd gear). S1=65 mm. S2=35 mm.
According to the antal philosophy, the self tailing winches are constructed in every detail with self tailing in mind. Especially noteworthy is the automatic self tail mechanism which adjusts itself automatically to the rope diameter. Nevertheless, the sheet can be easily loosened to optimize the sail trim. Even Kevlar, Spectra and Dyneema sheets are held safely by these self tailing winches.
