AMEC AIS Transponder CAMINO-108W / with WiFi incl. GPS antenna

The new generation of the CAMINO 108 series AIS-B transmitters/receivers. The CAMINO-108W comes in a compact housing and features optimised receiver and transmitter power, as well as BSH and CE certification. The dual channel receiver allows for monitoring of all AIS signals such as A CLass (commercial shipping), Class B, AtoN and SART. The recording of AIS data is simplified thanks to a built-in SD slot. The CAMINO108W is equipped with NMEA2000, NMEA0183 and USB ports for communication with chartplotters and PCs. Thanks to the NMEA2000 network, the CAMINO108W can also transfer other data sets in the network using the more powerful WiFi module. The WiFi module provides a user-friendly interface and strong connection, thus making it possible to connect up to 10 mobile devices via the access point mode.

NMEA2000 WiFi Multiplexer Function (Camino-108W only)
The CAMINO-108W offers you the possibility to transfer AIS data as well as other data sets in the NMEA2000 network via WiFi. A compatible app on your smartphone or tablet allows you to display this data.
